oni koji su u svom namazu skrušeni,

English - Saheeh International

Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].

i koji se od besmislica okreću,

English - Saheeh International

Or [it is] like a rainstorm from the sky within which is darkness, thunder and lightning. They put their fingers in their ears against the thunderclaps in dread of death. But Allāh is encompassing 1 of the disbelievers.

i koji zekat - čišćenje izvršavaju,

English - Saheeh International

The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allāh had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.

i koji stidna mjesta svoja čuvaju,

English - Saheeh International

O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -

osim od supruga svojih ili onih koje su u posjedu njihovu; oni, doista, neće biti prekoreni;

English - Saheeh International

[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allāh equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].

English - Saheeh International

And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down [i.e., the Qur’ān] upon Our Servant [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)], then produce a sūrah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses [i.e., supporters] other than Allāh, if you should be truthful.

a oni koji i pored toga nešto traže, to su baš oni koji prelaze granicu;

i koji na povjerene im amanete i obaveze svoje paze,

English - Saheeh International

But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is people and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.

i koji namaze svoje ustrajno čuvaju

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

oni su baš nasljednici,

English - Saheeh International

Indeed, Allāh is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller 1 than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allāh intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient,

koji će Firdevs naslijediti, oni će u njemu vječno boraviti.

English - Saheeh International

Who break the covenant of Allāh after contracting it and sever that which Allāh has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers.

Mi smo, zaista, čovjeka od uzorka gline stvorili,

How can you disbelieve in Allāh when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.

zatim činimo da kao kap sjemena u stanište pripremljeno dospije,

English - Saheeh International

It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself 1 to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.

pa onda kap sjemena ugruškom stvorimo, zatim od ugruška zakvačak stvorimo, pa od zakvačka kosti stvorimo, a onda kosti mesom zaodjenemo, i poslije ga, kao drugo stvorenje, oformimo, pa neka je uzvišen Allah, Najbolji Stvoritelj!

English - Saheeh International

And [mention, O Muḥammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." 1 They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we exalt You with praise and declare Your perfection?" 2 He [Allāh] said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

Vi ćete, poslije toga, zaista, pomrijeti,

English - Saheeh International

And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

zatim ćete, na Kijametskom danu, oživljeni biti.

English - Saheeh International

They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, 1 the Wise." 2

Mi smo sedam slojeva nebeskih iznad vas stvorili, i Mi prema stvorenjima nismo nemarni.

English - Saheeh International

He said, "O Adam, inform them of their names." And when he had informed them of their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed."

Mi s neba s mjerom vodu spuštamo, i u zemlji je zadržavamo - a kadri smo i da je odvedemo

English - Saheeh International

And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. 1 He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

i pomoću nje bašče za vas podižemo od palmi i loze vinove - u njima mnogo voća imate, i vi ga jedete

And We said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."

i drvo koje na Sinajskoj gori raste, koje zejtin daje, i začin je onima koji jedu.

But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that [condition] in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, [all of you], as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time."

I stoka vam je pouka: Mi vam dajemo da pijete ono što se nalazi u utrobama njezinim, i vi od nje mnogo koristi imate i vi se njome hranite,

English - Saheeh International

Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, 1 and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He who is the Accepting of Repentance, 2 the Merciful.

i na njima, i na lađama se vozite.

We said, "Go down from it, all of you. And when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

Mi smo poslali Nuha narodu njegovu, i on je govorio: "O narode moj, samo Allahu ibadet činite, vi drugog boga osim Njega nemate; zar se sačuvati nećete?!"

And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those will be companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally."

Ali su glavešine naroda njegova, koje nisu vjerovale, govorile: "Ovo je čovjek kao i vi, samo hoće da nad vama bude odlikovan. Da je Allah htio, meleke bi poslao; ovako nešto nismo čuli od naših predaka davnih,

O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you and fulfill My covenant [upon you] that I will fulfill your covenant [from Me], and be afraid of [only] Me.

on nije ništa doli čovjek u ludilu, pa sačekajte s njim vrijeme neko!"

English - Saheeh International

And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me.

"Gospodaru moj", reče on, "pomozi mi, zato što me u laž utjeruju!"

English - Saheeh International

And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it].

Pa mu Mi objavismo: "Lađu pred očima Našim i po objavi Našoj pravi, pa kad zapovijed Naša dođe i voda na površinu zemlje izbije, ti u nju ukrcaj od svake vrste po dvoje - mužjaka i ženku, i porodicu svoju, ali ne i one od njih za koje je prethodila Riječ, i ne obraćaj Mi se za one koji su zulum učinili, jer će, doista, biti potopljeni.

English - Saheeh International

And establish prayer and give zakāh 1 and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience].

Pa kad se smjestiš u lađu, ti i oni koji su uz tebe, reci: 'Hvala Allahu, Koji nas je spasio naroda zulumćarskog!'

English - Saheeh International

In the name of Allāh, 1 the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. 2

i reci: 'Gospodaru moj, spusti me na blagoslovljeno mjesto, Ti si najbolji Nastanitelj!'"

[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Lord 1 of the worlds -

Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 1

i jednog između njih smo im kao poslanika poslali: "Samo Allahu ibadet činite, vi drugog boga osim Njega nemate; zar se sačuvati nećete?!"

It is You we worship and You we ask for help.

Ali su glavešine naroda njegova, koje nisu vjerovale, koje su poricale da će na ahiretu biti oživljeni, i kojima smo dali da u životu na dunjaluku raskošno žive, govorile: "On je čovjek kao i vi; jede ono što i vi jedete, i pije ono što i vi pijete;

Guide us to the straight path -

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned [Your] anger or of those who are astray.

Zar vama on da obećava da ćete, pošto pomrete i zemlja i kosti postanete, doista, oživljeni biti?!

This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allāh 1 -

Daleko je, daleko ono što vam se obećava!

"Postoji samo naš život dunjalučki, mi živimo i umiremo, a oživljeni nećemo biti.

Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, 1 and spend out of what We 2 have provided for them,

On je čovjek koji o Allahu iznosi laži, i mi mu ne vjerujemo."

English - Saheeh International

And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].

"Gospodaru moj", zamolio je on, "pomozi mi, oni me u laž utjeruju!"

English - Saheeh International

Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.

"Uskoro će se oni kajati!", odgovorio je On,

English - Saheeh International

Indeed, those who disbelieve 1 - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

i zasluženo ih je pogodio strašan glas, i Mi bismo ih kao što je nanos riječni učinili, pa daleko bio narod zulumćarski!

English - Saheeh International

Allāh has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. 1 And for them is a great punishment.

A zatim smo, poslije njih, druga pokoljenja stvorili,

English - Saheeh International

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allāh and the Last Day," but they are not believers.

nijedan narod ne može ubrzati rok svoj određeni, a ne može ga ni odgoditi,

English - Saheeh International

They [think to] deceive Allāh and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.

i poslanike, jedne za drugim slali. Kad god bi jednom narodu došao njegov poslanik, u laž bi ga utjerivali, i Mi smo ih zato jedne drugima smjenjivali, i samo u pričama o njima spomen sačuvali; pa daleko bili ljudi koji ne vjeruju!

English - Saheeh International

In their hearts is disease, so Allāh has increased their disease; 1 and for them is a painful punishment because they [habitually] used to lie.

Poslije smo poslali Musaa i brata mu Haruna sa znakovima Našim i dokazom očiglednim

English - Saheeh International

And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers."

faraonu i glavešinama njegovim, ali su se oni uzoholili, bili su to ljudi nadmeni.

English - Saheeh International

Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.

"Zar da povjerujemo dvojici ljudi koji su kao i mi, a narod njihov je roblje naše?", govorili su,

English - Saheeh International

And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know [it] not.

i njih dvojicu su lažljivcima proglasili, pa su zato uništeni bili.

English - Saheeh International

And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers."

Musau smo onda Knjigu dali da bi sinovi Israilovi Pravim putem išli.

English - Saheeh International

[But] Allāh mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly.

A sina Merjemina i majku njegovu smo znakom učinili i sklonili ih na jednu plodnu uzvišicu sa staništem i tekućom vodom.

English - Saheeh International

Those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided.

O poslanici, lijepim - dozvoljenim jelima se hranite i dobra djela činite; Ja, zaista, dobro znam šta vi radite!

English - Saheeh International

Their example is that of one who kindled a fire, but when it illuminated what was around him, Allāh took away their light and left them in darkness [so] they could not see.

Ova vaša vjera - jedna je vjera a Ja sam Gospodar vaš, pa Me se bojte!

English - Saheeh International

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned [Your] anger or of those who are astray.

English - Saheeh International

And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith].

Those are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.

Indeed, those who disbelieve 1 - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

Allāh has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. 1 And for them is a great punishment.

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allāh and the Last Day," but they are not believers.

They [think to] deceive Allāh and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.

In their hearts is disease, so Allāh has increased their disease; 1 and for them is a painful punishment because they [habitually] used to lie.

And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers."

Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupters, but they perceive [it] not.

And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know [it] not.

And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers."

[But] Allāh mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly.

Those are the ones who have purchased error [in exchange] for guidance, so their transaction has brought no profit, nor were they guided.

Their example is that of one who kindled a fire, but when it illuminated what was around him, Allāh took away their light and left them in darkness [so] they could not see.

Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].

Or [it is] like a rainstorm from the sky within which is darkness, thunder and lightning. They put their fingers in their ears against the thunderclaps in dread of death. But Allāh is encompassing 1 of the disbelievers.

Vatra će im lica pržiti i iskeženih zuba će u njemu biti.

English - Saheeh International

The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allāh had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.

Zar vam ajeti Moji nisu kazivani, a vi ste ih poricali?!

English - Saheeh International

O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -

"Gospodaru naš", reći će, "nesreća nas naša nadvladala i bijasmo narod zalutali.

English - Saheeh International

[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allāh equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].

Gospodaru naš, izbavi nas iz nje; ako bismo ponovo zlo radili, bili bismo, zaista, zulumćari."

English - Saheeh International

And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down [i.e., the Qur’ān] upon Our Servant [i.e., Prophet Muḥammad (ﷺ)], then produce a sūrah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses [i.e., supporters] other than Allāh, if you should be truthful.

But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is people and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

vi ste im se toliko rugali da ste zbog toga na Mene zaboravljali i uvijek ste ih ismijavati.

English - Saheeh International

Indeed, Allāh is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller 1 than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allāh intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient,

Who break the covenant of Allāh after contracting it and sever that which Allāh has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers.

"A koliko ste godina na Zemlji proveli?", upitat će On.

English - Saheeh International

How can you disbelieve in Allāh when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.

"Proveli smo, dan ili samo dio dana", odgovorit će, "pitaj one koji su brojali."

English - Saheeh International

It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself 1 to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.

"Pa da, malo ste proveli", reći će On, "da ste samo znali!"

English - Saheeh International

And [mention, O Muḥammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." 1 They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we exalt You with praise and declare Your perfection?" 2 He [Allāh] said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

I neka je Uzvišen Allah, Vladar Istiniti, nema drugog boga osim Njega, Gospodara Arša divnoga!

English - Saheeh International

They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, 1 the Wise." 2

A onaj koji se, pored Allaha, moli drugom bogu, bez ikakva dokaza o njemu, pred Gospodarom svojim račun će polagati, a nevjernici neće uspjeti.

English - Saheeh International

He said, "O Adam, inform them of their names." And when he had informed them of their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed."

English - Saheeh International

And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. 1 He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

I reci: "Gospodaru moj, oprosti i smiluj se, Ti si Milosnik najbolji!"
